Added Time Eclipse, for a list with Solar / Lunar eclipses.
Fixed error in W. van Dam's primary progression, thanks to J. Kampherbeek.
Fixes to timezone atlas.
Added timezone name like CET, PST etc to the window for input / edit.
Arrows to change year, month etc now always change time/date.
Prevented midpoints and fixed stars from being empty.
Added OOB indicator to declinations.
